VIVRE Couture charges state, local, and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated amount.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY? 

International orders placed through vivrecouture.com are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For all DDU shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will be collected at the destination’s point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. As each country has unique charges, please review FedEx.com or contact your local shipping office for more information. 

WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS? 

Due to international trade agreements and state laws, select items such as certain exotic skins cannot be shipped to California or outside the United States. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

U.S. ORDERS

Your FedEx order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. You can track your order on FedEx.com/Tracking. If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@vivrecouture.com. Orders can also be tracked by signing into your account. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. You can track your order by visiting (International XXX shipping provider) and entering your order number and the email address associated with your order.

 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All U.S. purchases are shipped via USPS or FedEx with signature required. For security reasons, all VIVRE Couture online purchases (over $2,000) will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through USPS or FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. VIVRE Couture is not responsible for unanticipated delays.

Our sizes can be reviewed on our size guide when you email us info@VIVRECOUTURE.com. We suggest visiting a VIVRE Couture partner to try on the garment(s). We do not warranty or refund any garments that have been tampered with or altered outside of our approved and verified alteration partners.
