RETURN POLICY - SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or unwashed merchandise within 10 business days from the date delivered. All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, certificate of authenticity, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup fee and/or restocking fee may apply to large or heavy items. If defective, you have the choice to submit for complimentary restoration.
All final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. For more information, see FINAL SALE section below.
Complimentary ground shipping and returns are valid on most domestic orders placed on vivrecouture.com. No promo code necessary. Excludes custom orders, special orders and sale items. For additional questions on returns, please contact our Customer Care through email firstname.lastname@example.org.

For your convenience, online purchases made on vivrecouture.com may be sent back to vivrecouture.com using the return form included in your original package. If you are located near a Vivre Couture partner, you are welcome to drop off your return and they will mail the merchandise to vivrecouture.com on your behalf.
Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, all documentation included, and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return form below with the item(s). Please contact Customer Service to have a pre-paid FedEx ground return label sent to your email address on file to ensure proper return address on domestic orders only. Only once your return case is closed will this return label be emailed. Vivre Couture will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via FedEx at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Vivre Couture having available merchandise on-hand.
U.S. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been received by the customer and returned to us in accordance to our return policy. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website or us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
EU RETURNS/WITHDRAWALS POLICY
Our EU Returns/Withdrawals Policy applies to products sold to any customer or partner in EU. The terms of our returns policy described above apply to our EU customers, except for cancellations. We do not accept returns of final sale items, commissioned or customized items, or personalized items.
In Accordance with the European Commission’s Directive on Consumer Rights, customers in the EU also are entitled to withdraw their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. To exercise this right, EU customers must contact us within 14 days after the placement of their order at email@example.com.
If you cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you we will refund those amounts to you. Unfortunately, if you cancel an order and we have already dispatched your products to you, we will not be able to cancel your order until it has been delivered. In this case, we can charge you for the cost of shipping goods back to us. We will issue a reimbursement within 14 days after either the cancellation of your order (if your order is cancelled before the products are shipped) or our receipt of the returned goods (if your order is cancelled after the products are shipped). Further information about your rights of withdrawal can be obtained from the relevant governmental websites in your jurisdiction.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To return an International online purchase, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is required to process an international return. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price, original shipping charges (prorated using the least expensive shipping method available for the goods being returned), and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
